They built a very costly communications network throughout most of the country in just half a month. If it was that easy then why didn't they already do it? It's like this story is written by somebody who has no idea how things work. Just organizing such a massive project, coming up with the plans, getting the resources, etc. would have taken months. The project itself would have taken years.

Also, that's not a Smartphone, that's a telephone; an ancient device made for communication over distance. In this case, the phone has a camera, but it isnt a Smartphone because there is NO COMPUTER attached to it.
