still a virgin. Nelson's previous wife was the one who gave birth of Lieze. The reason Nelson married Zirconia is because she was a badass soldier during the war and it was a combination of respect/wanting to raise the people's morale.

The reason why Zirconia is still a virgin is because she wasn't the one who got raped, but she witnessed her sister get raped during the attack on her village when the war started. I believe the soldier who did the did was the first man Zirconia killed (and basically set her off to be the scariest warrior during the war)

I think this is accurate to the WN...to be honest the translation to this series isn't the best and I kinda lost interest in reading after the explanation of water wheels and farming took like ten chapters.

Go back and read chapter 12 and see how Zirconia feels about rapist-bandits. She obviously has strong emotions on the subject.
And the MC really needs to start recognizing how much influence he wields. Anyone who nearly can bed a nobleman’s wife (a general no less) through a misunderstanding, or cause a knight captain to try and kill himself as recompense in lieu of divine wrath should start to apply more critical thinking.
