It was translated as Pales Silk earlier in the chapter, so they must have multiple names for it. To be fair "Emma Silk" might be advertised as a brand name or the name of a far away region where the silk magically comes from, since they have to justify the extreme price they're selling small amounts of it for.

As I understand it, "Pales Silk" refers to the output of the entire region's sericulture, while "Emma Silk" specifically refers to the ones bred by Emma and her family, which is even higher quality than the already famous Pales Silk.
