They don't turn into orcs. Elf-chan request to "shuffle". It means that guests from two different tables mixing with each other (sage and gal was replaced with snu-snu type orcs)

Ya know, I get it scanlator-guy. I really get it. You want people to go on your side and get some ad-money for the work you do.

But the thing is, if the quality of the translation isn't up to snuff, riddled with mistakes that I as a not-native speaker notice paired with tiny text in speech-bubbles, then it makes it look like y'all are some greedy gold-rush gremlins that just sniped a series from another scanlator and try to make some quick ad-money.

I feel like this series is missing the romance genre tag like this seems to be rom-com. Clear the Sage likey likey's the MC. So far it's all good though not amazing but better then average.

I was a bit put off when MC was confused about sage and slime as something he'd never see but then later we find out Isekai'd fantasy stuff has been more and more common.... like that would be plastered everywhere so theres no way he wouldn't know about that.
