I hope that the Mc will stop using his Slave Master skill, I understand that it 'Empowers' his slaves, also enables a way to reset their abilities to reshape them into a more fine-tuned version, but there must be a different skill that allows to do similar things, other heroes found many ways to get stronger, just like Nofumi ability to copy weapons/absorb draconic power/turtle power and so on.

There must be an ability like Alliance, Clan, Party, Coalition or similar which grants some influence over the followers.
