I don't think it's a manga that hasn't been updated in a year; I think it was a oneshot that just got serialized. The author's Twitter refers to the first volume coming out on April 8.

Hopefully not, I'm on this for the Yandere stuff, he did say he used to take baths and stuff with a girl when he was younger so maybe he's been friends with the girls at some point in his life but the dialogue about the house being inescapable throws me off since it seems it's not the first time they've done this.
