TL;DR or for spoiler avoiders: I doubt many people giving low ratings right now have read more than the beginning (especially since there's only one chapter currently) and are judging it solely on that. The execution is actually pretty tame because of the MC's personality. He talks the talk, but can't walk the walk.

The concept is pretty red-flag, ngl. I gave the novel a read to see if it's worth following and it's mostly saved by the fact that the first time he hypnotizes them and asks them to strip seems to be just for the sake of having him discover what they're going through. After he does that he's suddenly too much of a coward to do anything beyond ask for them to hug him with their chests or give lap pillows. The more involved stuff only starts happening when they've already started having feelings for him un-hypnotized and so when hypnotized try to get him to do more themselves.

There's a weird situation with how the hypnosis app works? They remember most of it, but are made to firmly believe it's just a dream. And since he uses the hypnosis to constantly check if they're okay while feeling too embarrased to do more than ask for basic stuff they start feeling safe around him both in and out of it. This is all for the first two girls btw, the third one has a... bit of a different situation. She's a hardcore masochist of the "wants to be dominated" variety.

Anyways, that's my two cents as someone who's read ahead. Hope it's helpful for people trying to decide whether to give it a go.

With the author's other work, you can see how it could be spon to be a good thing almost instantly; a good guy reincarnates to an NTR MC and obviously will instantly change what he does since he finds what the dude who inhabited the body previously doing disgusting.

But this is just extremely hard to swallow since it's extremely hard to justify him not using the app at all and deleting it if he can. The moment he does use it, no matter what it is for, it will leave a bad taste in most people's mouths, thanks to it, literally denying the women free will and at the mercy of the MC.

As porn/hentai, it's fine, but in a story, you're supposed to take seriously, why even try.

And forgive me if I believe that while both items are indeed a bit messed up, asking where this collection of illustrated dead tree bad touched you is not, in fact, remotely equivalent to comparing said thing to a serial killer who among other vile things killed over 20 people, so I daresay applying a standard would not make me a hypocrite.

It's wierd seeing most of the WN I used to read get adapted into manga. And it's funny seeing how people who've never seen it react. I remember reading this back then thinking it was a chill read, and seeing so many people take this seriously makes me laugh.

From what I remember, MC solves the girls problems through the power of hypnosis. He doesn't have the guts to take to the next level, but the girls do when they learn about the hypnosis, wink wink. Other than that, I don't remember anything too major happening unless Myon added more to it in the LN.

I wouldn't mind if the MC first helped the girls and then had sex, the issue is that apparently not only he is the "fake pervert" who does nothing, but also he will help but won't ever have sex, and that is the part that is bad.
I'm fine with him not forcing the girls to do it and using the app to help them instead, by all accounts it's a very noble thing to do, what i'm not fine is he never having sex whatsoever even after things are settled...because it's a manga and apparently those can't happen in most ecchi manga for some reason (they don't need to show it all, just to leave it implicit)
