In the first chapter, he went for somebody off the street. Asked what they were in such a hurry for, told him that it was to see their little sister's recital (or something similar to that. Daughter's ballet performance?) and he was like "... Oh, you should go do that then..."

Like, that's still "I have a major obligation to my loved ones and missing it will badly damage the relationship" he backs off at. It's not what I would call "a normal situation"... But the threshold isn't exactly that high either.

Thanks for the translation! I am really enjoying the series! The MC is a great balance of kind of scum but really caring. Helping these girls was the right thing to do, and it isn't like he isn't achieving his pervy goals as well.

I also appreciate him asking Aisaka instead of using the app to force her to help. Maybe this signifies not depending on the app as time goes on.

I feel this sort of tonal dissonance is central to the manga and readers should adjust themselves to it by chapter 7, given the premise and all.

He's not the type to actually r* them though. Also I think it pretty clear that first girl has already caught on, she was jealous at first of 2nd girl and this was post hypnosis. They are both talking about dreams so not as concealed as he thinks
