Probs, an adventurer-killer group with how the other friend have the same bandana as the one in wanted posterHe's scum, isn't he?
Also, I thought the title was talking about MC's virginity.
Don't know about the rest of it but it's 100% one of his old friends on the wanted poster both have a mole under the left eyeProbs, an adventurer-killer group with how the other friend have the same bandana as the one in wanted poster

LOL isn't that like a '30s' thing? at this point he would've been past that point unless it's the stereotypical "anyone over 25 in this world is considered old"He's scum, isn't he?

maybe his vamp powers will prevent him from dying easily on top of his equipmentThat's reaaaaally suspicious. But it doesn't look big enough to be worth losing your life over.
Wonder how easy it is to do 'illegal' stuff in this world, clearly there are orphans fending for themselves but you'd think there'd be background checks even with mercenaries versus like an adventurers guild members (and that the receptionist would network him with some trusted ppl, i'd think there'd also be that one 'crystal' to where you put your hand on and it lets ppl know if there are criminal intent or so. altho other than hiding a face, it's not as if MC would really recognize if a rando is trying to lay low unless it's the specific person from the wanted poster)hmmmm thats definitely either a person or something else incredibly illegal
That's also been a sort of a cheat kludge to me in these stories. Magically know if someone is a criminal so you can "trust" them. It locks out a wide variety of characters who are interesting.Wonder how easy it is to do 'illegal' stuff in this world, clearly there are orphans fending for themselves but you'd think there'd be background checks even with mercenaries versus like an adventurers guild members (and that the receptionist would network him with some trusted ppl, i'd think there'd also be that one 'crystal' to where you put your hand on and it lets ppl know if there are criminal intent or so. altho other than hiding a face, it's not as if MC would really recognize if a rando is trying to lay low unless it's the specific person from the wanted poster)
half expect the noble lady to pop up bc she snuck out or so
I just meant like 'My father is strict so i bribed some ppl to sneak me out' although i suppose it wasn't an issue when she met MC at like midnight lol. Unless it's some like, sunproof barrel but not like the 'vampire' status he got made it impossible for him to operate at daytime (tho i'm sure some adventurers guilds would be open late)That's also been a sort of a cheat kludge to me in these stories. I mean, if someone was powerful enough to somehow catch her, they probably don't need some random person to transport her. I mean the Grand Duchess is some sort of powerful creature, lich, ghost, or other.
idk if you'd be hired to bring your own 'crops' like that but i feel like she (guild receptionist) would've told him if so/there would've been someone else in charge of it/wouldn't necessarily need a team or so unless the merchant shipping it is taking a risky path, tho other than a cover, i think apples would simply just be in a normal box or so lol but i wouldn't knowEveryone else is talking about how suspicious this is, my first thought was "Are they transporting a barrel of his super expensive luxury apples to a noble?"
The other one who is wanted is in the barrel right.
Well, he's the Daywalker, Blade. With all of their strengths and none of their weaknesses.I just meant like 'My father is strict so i bribed some ppl to sneak me out' although i suppose it wasn't an issue when she met MC at like midnight lol. and i guess with mercenaries even if they aren't criminals i can imagine some barely skirting the laws or using loopholes lol. and criminals with a heart of gold. Or at the very least, 'contract magic so they don't betray/literally backstab you'
