dumbfucks fucked up the dates for new internet contract and now I don't have internet until saturday. not a big deal since I still have 70GB of data I can hotspot, and I can just watch some other shows I'm falling behind instead of torrenting new seasonal shows now. not running servers for a few days is troublesome but well. more annoyed about how incompetent some fuckers can be, it's just a date, get it right, you are paid to do so.

tried swaping the blades/recharging the razor you used ? sometimes it's why. my father uses aftershave most of the time. for me, since I use an electric razor, I never have that problem.

I hate the fact that people thinks of me as an unlimited wifi guy.
My country internet providers made their prices more expensive (2,86 Euro for 3GO instead of 2,65).
I can't blame them for that though.
I study computer science and programming so i know that maintaining that kind of infrastructure is kinda pain as ass.
People here are complaining because Accessing Facebook is now more expensive
(like 0.11 Euro for 50 MO of Facebook access only)
And people ask me every day to give them some internet.
For what?? Facebook .
Yeah. My country is the middle west.

been seeing a few people saying that anime is now "mainstream".
that's fucking stupid, people have known about anime for decades now. it's always been mainstream since at least like the 90's.
hell even from like a "political" standpoint, anime's been doing that stuff for years. (a big example that comes to mind would be that time the animemes mods decoded to ban the use of the word trap to describe femboys cause they considered it a slur or whatev, and it happened in 2017, so even then there was def that kind of stereotypical audience)
maybe it's just me and not having a big nostalgia boner in general but I really don't get this whole statement and I hope it isn't gonna be like a big mivement or whatev.
maybe it's because I live in france and it's like the second country to consume the most mangas or something like that.

yeah, honestly, even without knowing the pay increase, I'd fully understand why you wouldn't want to take the promotion. cause it sounds lowkey miserable.

promotion doesn't even come with pay raise. i just want to do my share of the work then go home instead of all the bullshit
chinese companies, man. i have the option of going back to my old place where i do actually enjoy the work and the people there but the pay there is dog shit, like half my current pay.

Right. This is a sign that you should think about taking that shiny job title and start exploring other options. HR folks go nuts for those little changes in titles, which is why when I heard there were no raises coming (AGAIN) this year, I got them to add 'Senior' to the front of my title. I figure that's probably worth about 10K/year if/when I finally get fed up and start shopping around.
