I personally don't drink alchohol and my friends are okay with that. it does help that one of my friends can't handle much alchohol and another is a little too happy to be drinking.

the beer's just too expensive
Not in Spain, that's why college students from UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Italy come in a vacation and basically cause shame, mayhem, massification and deaths from trying to get into the pool by jumping from their hotel room/balcony. Here we call that "balconying". If you want to see wild animals, type "Magaluf/Benidorm/Gandia drunk insert here nationality" and you'll discover how low people can fall after drinking enough alcohol.

still, our ringgit is like 20% the value of a euro

that means for every euro, there's 5 ringgit

for foreigners, that means malaysia is cheap

for us, we're struggling

Mm... similar to Turkish lyre... yes, of course, Western people who choose Malaysia and similar countries with a low-standard budget (under our standards) they can spend a whole month in a good hotel and trying everything they can think off. Well, I guess you need to find local/national brands that have lowers prices because they don't need to be imported. I don't drink alcohol, so I can save or put the money to better use. Surely there are better drinks in your country rather than beer.

this bad boy is like our gatorade, and we sell gatorade
only difference is, it's a sports drink AND a soft drink

whenever you visit malaysia, always grab one of these, they will refresh you, and they might taste better than most other soft beverages you will have

Well, of course you're not able to understand a language that does not belong to the same family language tree... I don't think it'll be hard to find a school to learn it, just be aware that the differences between how Spanish is spoken in different countries can be higher than British and USA English (though it's more like Spanish from Spain vs American Spanish). Anyway, the general advice is learn as many languages you can, your mind will broaden and you'll learn new words even for your first language. And yes, it's pretty common for monolingual people to be "annoyed" to some degree when they hear other languages were they live because of prejudices (even if you were not aware, they have been taught in your upbringing and they react when conditions are met).

Spain spanish is poo poo language, lol yeah you gotta learn that LatinAmerican Spanish
Well, the problem with American Spanish (it doesn't matter if it's from the North, Central or South, there are a lot of countries where it's spoken) is that is full of anglicisms, it's like a warped way to talk Spanish. Castillian (Spanish from Spain) is to Spanish what British English is to English (or French from France and not from Quebec, Portuguese from Portugal rather than Brazil) for those who want to properly learn the language, and then if you want to use or sound like a specified area speaker then you just make the proper adjustements.

How tf people get gf?!!

Any of you know?
same way they make friends iirc.

just gotta hang out at the park and try to strike up a conversation or something.

you could always try a dating app but only in an extremly limited manner tho (90% of your matches are going to be bots)
