And I guess they didn't even bother doing a TAC or a brain ressonance first, right? I hate when in mental care they took the quick route of "take these pills" just to have a short-term benefit (for the psychologists and psychiatries) and long-term issues for patients, I know a lot of people who developed mental disorders due medication. The base for a good mental health is always a healthy routine and balanced meals, basically exercising daily both physically and mentally. Have you tried natural methods such as walks in green areas, tracking, mountaneering, swimming, petting animals in specialised centres, doing yoga, breathing techniques, calligraphy, specialised and classic books, archery, chikung/taichi, dancing, playing an instrument or musicotherapy (you can switch styles/authors depending on the mood, but of course not 24/7)? And if you go to the right clinics I can recommend traditional Chinese medicine, not only acupuncture but of course it's the usual way, and reflexology can also help (besides if you get hurt doing any kind of exercise/movement both massagists and physiotherapists can heal/aid you). In conclusion, don't rely only on meds, if you have headaches on a regular basis the more reason the get a TAC done and any healthcare analysis required.well since i have a such a small digital footprint with this username ill say it

If I can wake up from a charley horse fast enough to start stretching it before it locks up, this works pretty well. A few times I've been too late, and then it's a couple minutes of screaming into the pillows while the worst passes, and a couple days of limping.I did just experience a random cramp this morning.
man that woke me up fast.
I remember seeing someone saying that in order to avoid this he just goes walking as soon as he feels one coming.
sadly i never had a TAC or brain ressonance(i have free heathcare) i do have my psychologist and thats about it alteast she told me to take walks and go outside from time to timeAnd I guess they didn't even bother doing a TAC or a brain ressonance first, right?
