Yeah... the movement hit harder than i excepted...
Stores are robbed and vandalized...
Other markets are closed...
And finding internet access is harder than it used too (luckily, my uncle have a starlink)
Well... at least, our electricity provider never cut the juice during all of this shitstorm...
What I found more ironic is that all of this *** happened one month after this...

Oi! I'm back! For once, nothing stupid like emotions or whatnot. I'm actually relaxing! It's been a crazy year, and I actually sat down and realized I did way too much. I made the Dean List at my University!
ANYWAYS, the bothering me part: So, some time ago, a leg cramp occured. I was rolling about in bed for a while, rolled wrong, and one thing let to another and I bruised a... "jewel".
Yeah, that was a painful 3 days, but once it stopped hurting I was happy, queue nighttime, I'm watching the Austin Powers movies with family and eating chips and guac when one of the chips decides it wants to hang out in my esophagus for a while.
And that while lasted 3 days. During this time, one of the remedies to remove this required jumping.
I think you can guess what the jumping aggravated: yup, that sensitive jewel.
When I told myself "Rest", I did not expect it to amount to this! XD
But, everything else is going nicely! I started Breaking Bad! I'm on season 4 and slowing down trying to watch an episode weekly. Favorite episodes so far are "4 days out" and "Fly": Walt and Jesse's messed up relationship is hilarious and disturbing at times, but in these episodes it's at it's most hilarious!

this video seems to mostly be clickbait fearmongering based on one article made by the people behind the claude ai, with no true 'meat' behind it ૮-ᆺ- ა
looking at the channels other videos, it seems to be more clickbait fear mongering based on what seems to be peoples desire for an ai uprising ૮ -.-ა

don't get me wrong, these things are terrifying, not just because of what they can do, but because the companies making them have no real idea what they're making or how to control it __〆૮o.o ა
i find this video gives a better idea on how shit the safety of LLM's are at the moment ૮.ᆺ. ა

I'm not expecting us to all be dead in 2030, but if AI continues progressing quickly, something could still happen within my lifetime. 40 more years at best. Although, there are people that say we're in an AI bubble that's about to pop. Not sure I believe that though.

Mmm.

I dont think its going to pop. There are however a lot of companies emerging who only produce garbage-ware level AI resources tho. And I think most of those will go certainly go bankrupt before long.

As for the rest...I mean, human beings have been killing eachother on a massive scale for a very long time. Millions of war deaths over time...

Im not sure AI is what we should fear...

I think its also possible that AI could save us from ourselves, just as much as its possible that it could cause serious harm.

I feel so bad for Orion Kerkering. What a tragic error.

It frustrate me that tech companies (cough npm) are adopting more complex authentication methods,
making it more and more difficult to use their services if you don't adopt them.
