Pretty sure the yakuza Toru killed the lawyer because he was helping people get out of welfare, which directly gets in the way of the yakuza's scheme of getting people into welfare in order to steal their welfare check

How does that lead to a child prostitution deal? When was that even shown, i knew that the orphanage was most likely another fraudulent business, since it was managed by Toru who is learning about how the yakuza misappropiate public funds, but when was it revealed that it was all a front for child trafficking and prostitution? Or that Robin was a part of it?
