I think you have the number of people thing mixed up. Panya stated that Shabana shouldn't wander the school alone at night or "that person" wouldn't give him an easy death, but he might be okay if he wasn't alone. It's probably the president that is being implied, maybe she'd suck him dry instantly, but it could also just be Panya messing with him again.

You make some really good points and pointed out some really interesting twists and ideas.

Probably not the president, as that page also pictures a woman with long, blonde hair (implying relation to the point) and the prez doesn't fit that bill. The one who does fit that bill 100% and is related to the danger at hand, though, is the guard shown a few times before. She's prolly not someone to be fucked with, if we go by this and what little we have been shown before.
Edit: It seems my brain is on the fritz or Mandela did me dirty, as despite looking, I can't find an image with another guard with longer hair in any background shot.

We tried to follow up from raws by keeping the text relatively large and also after PR phase text was alternated a bit so I guess it may look awkward to some I suppose. It's a shame that to hear rather harsh comments as we are trying to keep up with overall solid quality... but you are utmost welcome to join us and show how its done, as we are tight in staff as is~

I thought the choice the translation team made was fine, and that kind of emphasis to MC's name adds a bit of flavor to what Panya says when trying to tempt MC.

It's certainly possible that it's not the president that is being implied, it's just that Panya specifically states shortly afterwards that Kanra and the President are the only ones that would want to eat him.

I am hesitant to infer too much information about appearances from the little foreshadowing panel. Whoever is shown (president or not) could have been drawn to deliberately appear ghostly / menacing. If it is the President though maybe her hair changes colors at night, it wouldn't be the first time a character in a manga had an attribute like that.

I don't remember a long blond haired guard, I think there was a long hair police officer or something in the first few chapters when they were finding out the entire island was demons but I'm not sure if she was an actual character or someone that was just drawn for illustrative purposes.

Overall, yes, but this isn't about the overall quality, it's about that instance.
In case you haven't noticed, Japanese is syllable-based. The writing system literally tells you about morpheme borders, and those don't just suddenly become void during transliteration into Latin letters. Look awkward to some? You got that right; all you had to do was move the hyphen literally one place over. Harsh comments? It's literally in the job description of the typesetter to know about this stuff and yet it went from there all the way through however many eyes you call PR or QC or something. That's not a happy little accident, that's negligence. Either that or some asspull attempt at inventing some new idiosyncratic transcription convention for vanity points rather than practical use with an actual benefit over existing and perfectly useful conventions (which exist for good reasons). You know, like this idiotic practice of taking the line-breaking hyphen into the next line when it leads a honorific, something that has zero typographic justification and is advised by no serious editorial style guide but is somehow cancerously popular among SLs. So, you bet I'll use language that isn't oozing white-washed waddings of spineless diplomacy. What you want for making up some bullshit reasoning in your echo chamber, a cookie?

It's the splitting of syllables of a proper name from a language which ONLY deals in syllables. Drawn out or not, transliterated, transcribed, translated or not, the syllables of his name are, and only are, sha, ba, and na. That is literally what she says, and must say, based on the kana/furigana/whatever of his name, and she would never even consider saying it any other way. It would be as absurd as pronouncing the name Christian as Christ Ian (kraist ee-an), or Paul as Pa-ul (pa-ool). The only way Japanese morphemes could even remotely permit what was typeset here was if the syllables of his name were sha, ba, n, and a. But they're not.
