If you mean Haruki's grandfather, her grandparents raised her after being abandoned there by her then-wannabe actress-model mother who didn't even know who the father was. By this time, Haruki's mom had long-since returned to drag her off to the city where the abuse she had suffered at her grandparents' hands continued.

It'd be nice if when Haruki turns 18, she goes public about how her shitty mom and grandparents treated her. Pretty sure that'd make her mom regret abusing her child for her own actions
