@scripted Kind of like that. you earn resources and use them to build towns and roads to collect victory points.

Btw the figure on page 21 is probably the bandit, but it normally doesn't look like that. Either it looks different in japan or they switched it out.

@scripted Actually Civilization is the granddady of Civ Games. Civilization was released in 1980 while Catan in 1995.
