Because the previous MTLer pitched a fit when people tried to give him constructive criticism, and then when BuyVelomobiles/Orchid (Velo is Orchid's TL) started posting versions with better TL, the MTLer deleted all their posts in a huff and flounced off.

the lost chapters were uploaded by someone using MTL, the translations were all kinds of wonky. So once someone else got ahold of the raws the TL correctly the last guy took his down.

The weird thing, these translations are more "machine" than the supposed MTL. For example, "afraid of return". The previous translation had something far more sensible, like "afraid of recoil" or "afraid of kickback". I do not remember precisely what it was, but it made sense, while "return" does not. Even a beginner translator can feel it, but machine does not care. So which one was MTL?
