I knew nothing bad was ever going to happen to her because she's a female character and this author doesn't actually have enough balls to kill off a female character. Also I don't think the world would collapse so much because it just became more like our world. There would definitely be a lot of Chaos and revolutions due to Nobles having lost their invincibility status but it wouldn't completely go to shit. Like I'm sure a random farming Village won't care all that much about what happened.

I’m not sure why, but I really enjoy the trope of the "good parents with an evil child." I'm not fond of her upcoming redemption arc, but I guess I’ll wait to see what the author does with her.

She is the cause of SO much pain, rape, death, etc. Not the type of character I can write off with an "uuooohhh needs correction" meme. And even after imprisoning him AGAIN, he only needs a few punches on her and now we're good? Fuck off. I was really looking forward to her getting what was coming to her. I wanted her to experience the same shit. Damn that's so disappointing.

I mean if it was his disiciples, they would certainly kill her. But if you understand his character and the progression, killing her sounds like the most pointless thing to do, has gotten pretty much everything he could wish for when the world got patched.

There's no need to speculate about whether or not other places are affected. Perhaps it was because it's a mass release, many people seemed to have skimmed chapter 24 where it's said the world order collapsed, pillaging became common and public safety everywhere outside Bizon is almost as bad.
