The name tho is confusing. In chapter 1 it is called Super Class Battle Technique, in chapter 3 it is Expert Class Battle Technique, then in chapter 12 it is Supreme Class Combat Skill.

It was a Batman The Animated Series reference. The episode " Almost got im" where the villain gallery are having a poker night, recounting their convoluted plans of how they almost killed Batman. Then Killer Croc butts in with his story "I THREW A ROCK AT HIM!" Everyone rolls their eyes at his story. It was basically a recap/clip episode. You can actually go back to the episode with Croc and he does indeed throw a rock at him. He got closer than anyone else up to that point at killing Batman.
