Lisabeth ran away when her brother who recently became acting Demon Emperor tried to arrange her marriage to one of the Demon Lords, someone she hated. So she basically runs off, sells some jewels for travel money, and explores the human countries. She ends up at the republic, gets friendly with the locals at a bar, ends up falling asleep from getting drunk. Her magic that hid her horns gets undone. She gets immediately captured, enslaved with magic suppressing shackles and then eventually getting used for that arena fight to the death. And then Cain saves her.

Demon kind don’t go to war yet cause of being on different continent and there is bit of travel time lag for information to finally reach back to the Demon Empire. The demon that probably was assigned to search for her does find her when she was trying to fight for her life in the arena. However as Cain saved her from that it caused a bit of an issue. The demon only knows she got saved by someone but now she’s missing again. The demon goes back to the Demon Empire to report what the Republic did, which sparks many to want war with the humans for nearly killing their Imperial Princess. However an issue comes up, they don’t know where she is now after she got rescued. So there is a bit of an debate on whether to prioritize finding her or going to war with humans.

Eventually Lisabeth learns of this and asks for Cain’s help to stop the war from happening. This is the start for the arc that happens right after this one that’s currently happening.

Lisabeth is the latest one. Hinata still isn’t technically considered yet due to the whole international politics issues, since she’s a Saint and he’s now a very high ranking noble. So neither side wants to give up theirs for the other side. Still waiting for author to finally address that. It might be possible at this point since author did do a bit of setup with the whole arc of selecting new pope. The old pope got assassinated for latest WN plot arc.

Below is just my conjecture from what might be possible from available WN chapters.
In the WN, author hinted at possibly beast kingdom princess might get added. Also as possible story plot point, maybe also include Lilutania as well, the one introduced earlier thats been in love with Cain. Because her home country is involved in latest arc. Also there’s the possibility that author might include girls from Cain’s old world. Story at this point says there are 4 summoned people, one of them was accidental. And from WN at the beginning one of the girls that Cain knew during his past life really loved him. So she could appear and maybe with her sister too. It’s unsure of right now as author hasn’t updated for a long time.
