Why is Cain planning to free the other children only after bringing Parma to safety?
Why bother with a round trip when he can literally teleport everybody out?
Also, he is insanely fast and he has a demon on stand-by with a literal army of bugs to cover them. Even just walking everybody out would pose no risk.
Is this another case of a character forgetting how powerful he is just for the sake of the plot?

Okay, so the pig and the sleazy guy (along with 2 guys I don't know) are about to enter the crime scene with smug faces. Either they have plans against every outcome including Cain's feat just now (That would be pretty close to a Light Yagami tier of planning), or they're merely oblivious idiots.

I would have dismissed that idea on the grounds that they have no way of knowing that Cain got involved, but there are two corrupt guards involved who likely reported that the kidnapping had a witness. From there, thinking that Cain would learn of it is not completely unthinkable.

But it's still a stretch. And it was definitely not part of their original plan, otherwise they would have made sure that Cain was notified instead of leaving it to random chance.

Then again, the author already made a few leaps of logic in the story.

It's a japanese shounen, so of course he doesn't kill.
Honestly it is one of the biggest tropes there is for japanese media, and one of the more annoying ones (might have to do with the ratings board i guess).
