WTF? Is this manga drawn by a shounen artist from the 90's???

I'm getting some super Rave Master/Beet vibes from this, and I mean it in a good way.

All the tropes (Hero who looks aloof but actually cares, random bad guys who do something shitty to the town and get taken out, gruff friendly guy) are here.

Now all he has to do is go to random towns, cure random afflictions and disappear with townsmen remembering him fondly as a legend, and then have a super long battle arc with people that join him along the way (comic relief sidekick, fiesty heroine, angsty guy with hidden agenda) and it's a perfect throwback to 90's-2000's shounen manga. I NEED THAT SO BAD
