Chances are considering how the story is going with Argento and women like Felnote Chrome Grimm is likely to be female. Also remember how Chrome mentions Arge is "worst equipped than me" suggesting she has a chest.

It should be noted in chapter 8 that Arge has blood reading and still refered to Chrome as a female if blood reading is not displaying all the data to the readers.

Re-reading from near start because i lost track where was i reading before i stopped for a while... but man do i wish someone redo proper translations for the earlier chapters. This guy definitely hates manga, giving such crap translation that spoils the charm of the original manga, and inserting his unwanted opinions as "tl notes"
