Its a shame how the pacing has gone complete bonkers. Whomever is managing this situation with the mangakas is likely someone that thought they were very smart but really are pretty incompetent. Throwing a new mangaka into the deep end, likely not giving them enough time to adjust, making demands for layout of the story and whatnot. This smells of interference of a nincompoop.
