Oh hey, it's the return of the MC who both wants to be super famous and super anonymous with dimensional magic that allows him to teleport anywhere he wants yet somehow feels trapped in the first town he entered even though he has no reason or limitation prohibiting him from moving to another place.
Is he still having an anxiety panic attack because of his contradictory desires and inability to think about anything else outside of what's immediately in front of him limiting his ability to even understand the very concept of just moving when he has nothing preventing him from moving?
If anything, he could feel free to experiment in this first town, get and gather all the knowledge of what is normal and what isn't and experiment and gain enough knowledge and actually, y'know, wear something to properly mask his identity while he does so and then when he wants to be the anonymous underestimated underdog, then he can live out that fantasy by teleporting to another continent and behaving as that weakling while stories of his great deeds from another end of the world propagates.
He's 25 for god's sake but he's thinking and behaving like he's 18.
Then again, I guess this just helps to solidify the fact that the MC is basically some under average IQ idiot who barely understands what he really wants yet chases after it relentlessly causing him to get into troubles of his own doing in a prison of his own mind and that's da joke for this manga.
And part of the source of his internal trouble is at least displayed on page 37. He was basically the kind of guy who just drifted along, lacking drive, lacking motivation, probably just feeding on escapism. Probably just being a government or corporate drone. So it wouldn't be that surprising if indeed he was still mentally a teenager and is only now starting to actually move into independence, where he now has the ability and the freedom to do more than just follow the instructions and the path laid before him at a menial job that is both soul and brain draining.
