I just found out about this manga today. I enjoyed it but the pace is so fast by the end everything is all over the place. If he climbed up the rank slower and there are more struggles, it would be more interesting. It's a strange series. It has its flaws but a nice one and I'm glad it ended nicely. Feedback like ponta's is probably why. Previously iffy translation was no help to us, to be sure. But pacing and execution may have been confusing for many others. The nature of the story may not have appealed to the running trends at the time of release either, so it probably went poof because of poor performance numbers. It's too bad, but like Yuu said, it had potential. If someone else re-hashes the idea someday, maybe they can execute it better.
