A sign of the times: I googled "nads", out of worry that young folk might not have heard the slang. (I wanted to know if they could find out for themselves.)

Ad-gle showed me 3 shopping results, 15 products to buy, a duplicate of the first shopping result, three video ads for shopping results, and one more shopping result before getting around to showing the definition as the 6th result.

So just in case, "nads" (short for gonads) = slang for testicles. And "teabag" = resting your nads on top of someone's head, generally as a sign of extreme disrespect.

I just highlighted the word "nads", Google offered to Define it before I could hit Web Search, and indeed the word was "vulgar: slang for a man's testicles". So the poor little zoomers should be fine in this instance.

"Hah! You may be Swordwinn McSword from Swordland, a proud Swordish Swordsman, but I will use my Evil Stones to make this an Evil Temple then turn all the Evil Men into Evil Evil Evil Men, and they will teabag you with their Evil Nads!"
"Nah I'd win. Imaginary sword technique: Hollow sword backshots"

While the work done to bring this to english speakers is appreciated, I can't help but wonder about the quality of the translation... how has this group been going for so long, with such poor english?
This is pretty typical of LH's work. Their PR/QC is pretty bad. And don't expect chapters to be fixed or updated because that never happens.

Jet is Urushi name in English Licensed LN.
And? Many groups take liberties, doesn't make it correct or right. Image going up to a Japanese person and asking their name, then telling them they are now named a English word because that's what your used to. Its absurd, and the only reason it flies at all and is done IRL is when they immigrate to another country that just tells them to deal with it, aka when they are the minority and have no choice but to deal with it. Here is no different, vast majority English speaker being ok with changing the name and making excuses for why its ok. Others doing something doesn't make it ok.

The combination of blatant exposition and the absurdity of the former country full of sword people called Swordsia really drives home how much the writing has been lacking at this point.

Like, make a silly parody fantasy like Konosuba, sure, call the sword place Swordsia. But this is a story where presumably we're supposed to take the stakes seriously...despite the EVIL stuff, and Swordsia, I suppose. Ugh. It just feels like what a 12 year old would come up with.
