tbh i expect this series plot is just her doing random adventures, including the side quest, however if things going into politic bussiness just like how she got tangled with the whole noble ordeal previous arc its kinda boring
Well, it pretty much is. They are adventurers, after all, and they are not in a hurry to get anywhere. And they do not have neither wisdom nor knowledge to obtain what they seek, so they are mostly wandering aimlessly and getting into trouble.

And it works fine. After all, it's a story about a cute murderfluff and cooking.

I'm getting less and less interested in this series... Something about the story is just off.

That's why you stop trying to hit them and just aim AOE spells at their feet. Especially spells that aim to entrap rather then deal direct damage.
Yeah, but there's magic items that improve your saving throws, too. The point is, there's no problem that can't be solved by just throwing more magic items at it, so if there's no restrictions it basically makes game balance impossible.

And Tensei Shitara Ken Deshita is a great example of a hideously imbalanced game, lol.

It's kind of pointless to try balancing anything when MC has what is usually called a "growth cheat".

Well, yes. That's why most isekai would suck as an actual video game or TTRPG. (90% of the time they don't even make a good manga.)

Sure there is. It's called a responsible GM who guides his players with a firm hand rather then letting them ride roughshod over their scenario and setting.

Player: I want to purchase X Y and Z.
GM: Well the enchanter has this in stock, but these other items have been in really short supply for [insert reason here]
Player: then I'll just craft A B and C myself as a substitute.
GM: You can do that, but the location the materials come from are in this locations and it's rumored that [insert moster here] has been disrupting it's collection.

In the end it's not really the systems fault players can break the system. It ultimately falls to the GM to govern their players and make the game both fun and functional.
