Not that we're likely to see it, but I would bet Baron's parents created a fake emergency for him to fix to gain his hero of the north title to bolster his position and he'll be in for a rude awakening against people that are actually powerful. But his parents can't really be that intelligent, they are a count family naming their child Baron, after all. That's like telling him to aim lower.
Count Baron should introduce himself to Prince Duke...

Heirs of powerful noble families like Baron are raised to increase the number of their fiancees

So this is just making easy storyline excuses to add Karen to the harem, right? And I guess Edin? and probably Misha.. and her mum. and maybe the principal too, while we're at it.

When Ike says glasses girl is indispensable to “Guren” and himself, is he referring to his alter-ego Glenn and you failed to translate it?
In a previous chapter they have the MC called Mars and Marth on the same page. It is very likely they MTL and proper nouns end up this way as a result.

The kid doesn't know the height of the Heaven and the depth of the Earth, by boasting like that in front of Mars.

Guess I’ll be the dissenter, the more I read the harem bit, the less I want to read this manga.

The harem feels useless to me. It’s like a web novel I stopped reading a while ago, “Garbage Brave” or something. The only thing the harem does is mindlessly agree with a page full of some minor variation of “okay” from each of them. If writer doesn’t intend on taking this chance to give them a personality by weighing in with actual opinions, then let’s skip the whole bit of one saying “okay,” another saying “yes,” then “sure,” “uh huh,” right“ for each member and just make it a single “we agree.”

Guess I’ll will just drop this manga. Maybe I’m just too old for this.

I've dropped it a couple times now. Then a few months later, I wind up reading it again, just because it is such a train wreck. The writing is bad. The concept is trite. The execution is janky. The art is stiff and flat. The characters are bland and/or hackneyed. The plot is a plot in name only. It's a solid 4 out of 10 in every category, which is the only thing consistent about it.

The best thing about it is that it isn't awful enough to be angry about. The second best thing is that after reading a chapter of this, all of the other manga on your update list seems like high art in comparison.
