It's a good lighthearted read but two things first I couldn't stop myself from thinking this story is Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken: Mamono no Kuni no Arukikata Loli Edition and I don't appreaciate that as far as I know none of the spin-offs take place after the main story.
So now I'm just waiting for our lovely Kitsune girl Foss to meet up with everyone's favorite tour guide Bunny Flamaire, the spies sent by Demon Lords who sorta got caught up in Tempest daily life and became citizens.
Meh. Adds some sense and illustrates how a slow life in Tempest is. New characters are wack but expected from how weird Demi-human social culture is in the world outside of Tempest.
If you like Slime Tensei, this short series would be enjoyed on the back burner. Art is meh as well sometimes.
I swear benimaru looks less like an ikemen with every new sequel installment- souji is fading into the bg like a mob and shuna looks like a loli... ffffs and like- shion grows some in that area
-but also creative liberty and different artists, but it really is a shame
@windfang I wonder if that means he's getting better at being elusive... souei was one of my favorites before benimaru mellowed out. he really shined during the orc king arc
@SingLove Souka is popular, she appear in several screen even more than Souei sometime..
and people didn't even realize she belong to Souei division while Souei become extremely mysterious

yes he is extremely elusive to the point that no one outside Tempest know of his existence
even mysterious than everyone in executive that isn't the 4 heavenly king made well known after tournament story
he is mostly use for information gathering so all his scene is "receiving order" and "reporting"
he is also took part in part of aginst one of humanity strongest (human that is near demonlord class opponent )
kinda like "Appear less but extremely effective"
You see... Tensura Light Novel took themselves even more seriously and something that should be hidden from enemies eys is well hidden in the dark.
if it in Web Novel then everyone will have a change to show their power to the whole world like tournament arc with all big cast like
Benimaru Souei Shion Hakurou Diablo Geld and Gobta
But Light Novel change that and tournament arc end up only have not super OP character like Gobta and Geld as representative...
so no one know what Tempest full power look like
