I honestly just want the action to happen. None of the things make sense to me, or are elaborated to the point of stupidity. Everything that happened so far can be explained in a few words. Milim gets controlled, Rimuru becomes a demon lord, dragon becomes human (slime or whatever), and Walpurgis the demon feast majigy is now gonna happen. Also a war happened with people dying but it’s not significant in my opinion except with Rimuru using that to level up to demon lord. I mean everyone died, but hey got revived so the war isn’t that important besides potential fights in the future with other kingdoms.

Its all relevant to the plot and adds context which by definition negates it being filler. Oh well we should see some action in the next couple chapters c: though I'm not expecting it next month

the bee and beetle are by FAR two of Rimuru's most powerful henchmen. I honestly believe the beetle is number 1 in strength, even if he never bothered to fight to prove it. That thing is a freaking monster.

@ReRead anything can be described with a few words, like that means anything lol. This is called worldbuilding. Maybe it's too slow for your taste (which you are perfectly entitled to think and say. Aren't opinions great?), but just because it's slow doesn't mean it's badly written. You try to create an interesting story with that kind of barebones writing, I'll be over here enjoying this manga.

I think you are mistaking the power relations here. Back against Charybdis, the only ones who managed to solo one-shot a Megalodon were:

Benimaru, Shion and Ranga.

Diablo appears to be the strongest of Rimuru's subordinates, but he is busy with dealing with Farmus. After that come the 3 I just listed. Benimaru is the head of the military, so he is out because the army went to clash against Clayman's army which is led by the newly introduced Yamza. Then there's also an additional group that goes for the castle, as we learned this chapter, though that only came up after things were already underway. Finally Veldora, the strongest out of everyone, is kept at home for defenses.

That leaves only Shion and Ranga. In Tempest they share the spot of 4th strongest together with Benimaru, after Veldora, Rimuru and Diablo. How exactly are they "not particular strong"?



And to everyone here: Does it really hurt so much to not throw untagged spoilers around about events that will only be covered in the manga by the time it's like the year 2026 or so?
