@Svarna naming doesn't mean they are infertile
however Strong Named monster have tendencie to pass down their power to their offspring...
tho not all the time, worst case... the parent will a vast amount of magicules they have and pass it to their children
similar to naming.

However that happen in rare case... and the race like those High Orc is prove to be fertile
tho both Orc and Goblin no longer produce offspring like rabbit and start to take a long period similar to human
