I'll be honest. I was expecting more of a massacre with more bodies and a greater barrage of beams, ya know? Like, the same precision and a whole bunch of head shots, but on a larger scale. Reading the novel ahead of time probably set me up to expect too much.

I read the Light Novel version and I like this Rimuru more. He is more likeable, brutal rather than gruesome (LN's version is REALLY gruesome in this situation).
Even if, I wish we would see more of the extermination. Doesn't show how otherworldly the death count is here compared to previous battles.
