There's enough shit to deal with in reality. I don't blame the majority of readers to not enjoy that stuff being inserted in stories like this. Especially if the tags aren't there. Nothing wrong with wanting it though.

I'm kinda liking the story taking it's time to bring old man on the scene, first we see more Alicia in action showing why she's one of the top adventurers, second we see that Suzu, while being mean to Old Man isn't a bad girl, so she got her dues and now is shown in a better light, third this serve to build a bond between Alicia and Suzu, since for the harem to work the girls need to be ok with each other.
