<venting at a thread nobody is going to read>
The story keeps escalating so much I find it harder and harder to find it "believable". My suspension of disbelief is hanging on a thread.
I accept a boy with spidey-senses. I could even accept a sudden burst of terrorist attacks.
But I can't just accept the MC being thrown into high-level conspiracy right off the fucking bat when he had 0% character development to properly deal with it. Right now the author is placing himself against the wall, and screaming at the MC to either "man the fuck up right now" or basically, just die and end the story, because there's no way that boy can actually deal with all of this crazy bullshit that doesn't even try to make sense, unless you cement his feet and throw him into a river.
It really wasn't necessary to force the MC into such a needlessly complicated scenario, in which he has to personally deal with terrorists, the police, and a possible shadow-organization in the background. It has only been a bit more than 10 chapters, for fuck's sake.
P.S: Seriously, the "pervert terrorist" is being "sponsored"? What? Why? That's just another piece of unbelievable bullcrap on top of an already extremely bizarre and over the top scenario.
<End of rant>
