Yeah! That's the cutest part of this chapter for me!
Getting physical and touchy-feely could be handwaved away as them getting carried away when the mood allows it... It doesn't necessarily mean they care that much about each other.
On the other hand, the fact they call each other before going to sleep (it's implied they didn't call just for the Rin-Nemu thing) means they love and enjoy each other's company, despite the mutual teasing.
The french kissing helps too, I guess.

Where is it implied. It showed them mid conversation about the rin thing but that was it. Was it a previous chapter or something? Or am i just missing something

It's hilarious to me that some people hate the gay flavors in this melody because it'd be so bland without them. So many harems function with the guy as a single axis at the center of every relationship and they are mostly just boring ass "what if we took a romance visual novel and made it non-interactive and your favorite girl will probably lose" type setups. 100gf being a true polycule instead of a harem makes the relationships and the stories you can tell with them so much more flavorful and diverse rather than going through the same boy/girl routine 100 times in a row with slight flavor of the month variation.
There's a reason the vast majority of harem manga introduce new girls just as fast or faster as 100gf and then burn out long before chapter 198. Playing it safe, following the routine, it might make a few select people happy who hate gay shit, but it does not make for an interesting story for the general manga fandom anymore. Writing a heteronormative harem manga at the point is like trying to make an MMO game in the style of WoW and expecting it to be successful. Everybody's been there and done that, the early successes in the genre are already very repetitive internally, so your chances of success following their lead is even less than normal.
