Not quite Time Travel in the traditional sense of the trope. To go in the the science/scifi jargon, a multiverse can have exact copies with minute changes as per Future Nano not having met Rentarou. But also opening rifts through space to reach other dimensions, as per Future Nano appearing, also allows you to choose (or not given the precision of the technology) when in the timeline of that universe you jump to. Thus Future Nano doesn't quite meet the definition of Time Traveler despite relative perceptions of time passage as just moving through time is not crossing the universal barrier.

I also really like the characters they decided to use here. Nano being heartbroken that Shizuka treats her like a stranger and Mimimi holds her in contempt is a great callback to how these two characters have affected her the most outside of Rentarou

If Rentaro can't fix this, I'm expecting the synchronization goes through and Nano spends the next 20 years creating time travel. Then instead of going back and fixing her timeline, she goes back to the past of the Superior Nano timeline and syncs it with the "main" world, so Alt Nano falls in love with Alt Rentaro and never starts the dimension hopping nonsense (which retroactively means the main timeline was never touched and everything goes back to normal).

And the moral will be that "main" Nano ended up accomplishing more than the Efficent Nano, since emotions pushed her further.
