And I thought Tama is like the usual tired salaryman, turned out she's always aspiring to be a cat :dogkek:

Also did she report to her mom about the work as Rentarou's family cat? Or that one work from Hahari where she just need to be cute? Kinda curious what kind of work she got 😂

It seems like this is the very first report to her mom since Tama threw away her humanity, given the announcement that she quit her original job up front.

That said, the gig at Flower Mommy Baby Food seems to be a legit job, and their HR practices are supposed to be absurdly ethical; it's just that the hiring criteria are a bit... loose.

That second panel raises a good question: 100 girlfriends is too much to have them all involved in Rentarou's school. It's hard to even imagine them all living in the same town at once. Will there be long-distance relationships in future? Will Rentarou learn how to duplicate himself to be in multiple places at once?
Iirc, in one of the earlier chapters I believe it said something about the roof having a 100 person limit or something. I may be remembering wrong.

From the chapter:
The panel of Hakari pointing to a table and saying that you get fuzzy feelings from rubbing your groin on its corner.
So, um, yeah. That's completely the author's true intent.

aren't you a widow?
Its the specific word "Proposal" she's having issue with. The Japanese equivalent for a Proposal can be either "プロポーズ" (propoozu)(proposal) or "結婚の申し込み" (kekkon no oishinokumi)(request for marriage), the latter of which is considered the more formal way to do so since it also means "marriage application", and considering how old Yaku is, its more than likely the one she is familiar with.

One of Yaku's things after all is that, while she does speak and write in Japanese, she uses the relatively outdated versions, such as when she was writing what Naddy said and Naddy was the only one who could actually read it due to being so cramped together, to the point Kusuri thought Yaku couldn't write for shit and everyone else thought it was "chicken scratch from hell", whereas that actually was how to write Japanese... just in the 20th Century, hence why Naddy, formerly raised to be the archetypical "Yamato Nadeshiko", was able to read it still.
