I saw that coming halfway through this chapter, when she was comparing herself with Hakari and he didn't have his eyes back. It's interesting that it requires both of them to be able to see each other. I wonder if they're going to say that Rentarou is the reincarnation of her lost love. Also, did they specify that she had Hakari through IVF to dodge the implications? She's still giving birth at 13.
