@Deathhappens Might be this I guess. Nuckelavee, one of the so called witnesses claimed it had a horse body with a human like torso attached, and one eye and all. Some of the other stuff didn't seem like this but then again, artistic license and inconsistencies in other witness testimonies, and y'know shapeshifter status. This would be a safe enough bet, but even a kelpie or the each-uisge are described as shapeshifters with various forms so I guess it could just be the one from earlier in another form this time too.
