Seme left uke for 7 years with excuse for uke's sake, not even apologize, bang uke without consent with regret afterwards, get back together without any problems in small rural area🤔 overall the story plot felt super flat without depth emotions involved.

this is really cute but yeah the drama felt forcefully inserted in just for the sake of getting the ball rolling

Contrary to the previous comments, I thought the whole thing was quite beautiful. A wistful depiction of an imperfect romance, where the protagonists make decisions that I might disagree with, and don't always communicate perfectly, and are not perfect humans, with a certain pragmatism towards letting some of the bad things be what they are, and a certain optimism that maybe sometimes you can fix things if you keep trying, even imperfectly.

Also, as an aside, the cover belies how wonderfully atmospheric some of the art is.

(I mean, maybe I was just in a particular mood when I read this, but if I didn't know better I'd swear I was reading a different manga from other folks. XD I'll grant that I certainly wouldn't condone all of the characters' actions, but I personally thought they were quite believable. Maybe I was reading different things between the lines.)
