What that dumbfuck said were simple "truths", but "truth" is only a fragment of life, and the ones he said were so stupidly selected because of stupid desires, that they lose any value.

It is time for Miura to shine, as a speedster he is very close to the top in terms of power, but his fear and lack of finesse were holding him back... but I knew it was just a matter of time, he had already found a reason to fight, he just needed for it to grow a little more... and now it is flowering.

Color me surprised... Poppy came back, obviously because she cares for the team, and she even conveniently has the mirror that was stolen, such a good girl... hope my sarcasm is very clear.

If, and that is a big IF she wasn't converted to become a spy, I will be really surprised.

The soldiers under Lukas became really attached to him.

I will recognize one thing about Lucas' power... it can be really scary, using empathy like that is pretty fucked up... but Lucas is a good kid, if it wasn't for this fucked up war between these assholes, he would use this ability to bring joy to people, and he will do just that after he kicks these assholes in the balls a few hundred times.

I mean, that was already established with Guillaume and the Ramus who could change the weight of things. They died inside papal territory and the pope managed to bind their power to objects.

That's just how all towers work, though the papal and empire towers are bigger than the others.

I'm not able to purchase volumes myself right now but I really hope it doesn't get cancelled, would be a shame to have such a great series get the "on to the next adventure...!" axe ending.

I'm all for a Miura focused arc, he is a great character but we haven't seen much of him since his introduction.

Also I agree that Poppy looks suspicious but the extra chapter just before had a very small segment where she is shown to be surprised at the tree shape in the future village. So she probably isn't a true traitor, I could definitely see her "betraying" them by being an useful idiot tho.

that's a pretty anti-climactic way to end the village of the future mini-arc. I thought for sure the next chatper was going to escalate the weird Wicker-man style cult wedding ceremony they were going with in the previous chapter.

Instead they just kind of walked away and went straight into another standard ramus battle?
