I mean... he's technically not tall here- we know he was using a step stool here, to mark her height in the shelving. But yeah, I get your meaning, it's kind of bizarre to see without the context of that stool.
Anyway... here we are with the episodes that cover the end of Volume 7 and the start of Volume 8. From Ch95 through Ch99 for Episode 21 with the Hiroshima trip arc and panicking about 'Pigman', and Ch100 through Ch102 for Episode 22, where the Episodes start representing just a bit less of the chapters and incorporate extra little moments that the manga never had, like Anna noticing Kyo on 'overwatch' (so to speak) outside of the faculty office after resolving Chii's classroom assignment situation.
Episode 22 is basically introduction to their new class for senior year and the first phase of dealing with keeping their closeness a secret from the rest of the school, especially Kanna Andou, and inadvertently revealing it to Yurine Hanzawa, who proved to be reliable in keeping quiet about it to avoid Andou's unpleasant attention, while they were making their semi-permanent mark on the school that they were here, together, in the library that became so important to them.
