I never called him a psycho, nor is it a psycho thing to have a guro fetish/baseless hate for people. Psychopathy is much more than hollywood movies. There's no reason to believe that his inner monologue was just faking it, who the hell ironically thinks to himself that "I'd love to see her face in blood and agony". Sure, his feelings for Yamada in this regard might've changed, but he still more or less hates other people, no?

I wonder why the little side notes with a white diamond in a black square (◆+ ◼️) aren't translated sometimes.

For example, on page 2 / 12, the vertical side note is:

陰キャ屈辱 !
男女混合マラソン･･･。

which Google Translate translated as

Humiliation for the introverted!
A mixed-gender marathon...
