Still though...at this point whats Stopping Yamada from Confessing herself? the things that Ichikawa did gave that vibe like she would be at the breaking point of "I SHOULD CONFESS NOW" but somehow she never does. what gives? Its not because of her parents, and not because of her work, because if so she wouldn't keep getting in touch with Ichikawa. Its kind of unfair that Ichikawa has to go through all this and have him still be the one to do the confessing at this point...

@etriuswimbleton Icchi did step on her rambling attempt at a confession the first time he came over. She seems since then commited to reminding him subtly and (barely) indirectly because she feels like HE feels he needs to be the one to confess and that he needs to get the right amount of confidence and the right amount of emotional stability before he does that.

And, as we see here, he's still not there yet. So very close, but not yet.

Yamada saying "put it on for me" is such a smooth way to say that she's accepting his gift (and, by extension, his feelings) without explicitly saying it. One simple sentence accomplishes so much:

• "I like this gift and I want to wear it."
• "In fact, I want to put it on immediately, so that you can see it right now."
• "I want you to do it, because it would mean a lot to me."
