It's a good thing the cleaner/redrawer likes Addie, by the looks of it.

So far I can't say either of the two men would have impressed me much, although Patrick hasn't even really had that much time to act. Addie has been too much only a foil character so far. His role has been to react to/comment on things Mary does, and very little else, as if they were a doubt act comedy duo. As a guy I don't care about his looks like a female reader would (only talking about average hetero readers here), so Addie isn't really that interesting. I also have a nagging fear he's supposed to become Mary's love interest eventually, which makes me like him even less. I definitely don't ship them.
