MC is Leon's reincarnated first love. (Which means, Leon is ML)

I am almost positive Leon is the ML. It is also revealed that yes MC is the reincarnation of Leon's first lover but that actually causes a bit of an angst moment because MC believes the only reason why Leon wants to be around her is cause she's a reincarnation. Leon thankfully nips that in the butt immediately and says he has already accepted his past lover is gone and not coming back. He has MC now and wants her.

(putting a spoiler code just in case) the prince isn't a bad kid since (if anything, in new timeline, he's more of an unwanted nuisance who keeps wanting to meet/marry MC and hopes Charlotte will never show up)

2. Boi got affected by charm magic (which according to spoiler threads or the previous chapter probably?, is due to the additional skillset of light users.
Now, additional spoilers on Charlotte:
She's the typical bullied noble lady because of not only her small status (Baron's daughter) but again, she's CURRENTLY attributeless. In the previous timeline, she steals the light attribute of a surviving user, a half elf who stayed/devoted themself( forgot the gender) in a monastery. She fell in love with the prince because boy just wanted to save a random girl from bullying. Charlotte fell in love at first sight, got jealous with MC because Charlotte staged a scenario to save the prince but was saved by MC instead who also gets revealed to have light attribute (so double burn). How is Charlotte able to steal attributes? According to spoilers, she's from a lost tribe who use forbidden magic (the story gets deeper like MCs sister being the reincarnation of the Creation God *PS that's why MC reincarnated, sister only got her god memories when she was on the verge of dying in the first timeline and could therefore not prevent the tragedy. Basically, her role in the story is essentially to stop the lost tribe descendant or suffer time loops(?) or being reincarnated over and over (once the job is done. Creation god's soul is gone. Kinda sad when I read it)
Other random spoilers
Charm magic doesn't work on females so Prince's sister will be MCs bestie even in the new timeliness
Princess and the MC household will find out the first timeline (will hate the prince and Charlotte, household especially initially wanted to assassinate Charlotte but MC stopped them)
Household like the maid will get blessings from other gods (forgot who)
Darkness god will fall and propose to maid since he fell for her due to her cooking (dunno if we can treat it as a ship though)
