Not entirely certain since there's not furigana, but I think the kanji means cargo or package and collector, so it's basically cargo collector-kun. But everything I check gives different answers.

Today on the lockpocking lawyer we have a MIWA Lock Company house lock. The one most often seen on apartment buildings in the greater Tokyo area. It can be open with a simple bump key strategy.

I think in some korean stuff i've seen, ppl straight up just use 4-digit number codes or so instead of physical keys, must be easy for some ppl to hack into

versus just someone coming home drunk and getting it wrong/being locked out lol
