Honestly i would really enjoy very serious genderbend series that focused more on this. It feels like it could be really interesting story about anxiety, mental health and gender dysphoria.

Yeah, in most cases it's handled in a comic tone (no problem with it), but it would be really unhealthy for a person that don't want to change their gender to be forced it.

While i am not much of a fan of genderswap sometimes i stumble upon it in series, one that i am aware but didn't get to read it yet is Until i become me, but from some comments that i read it goes in the route of accepting their new body.
Another one that dabbles a bit about the mayhem it would cause is Inside Mari. But it's more about a general mental imbalance than body identity. Even so i recommend it, it's a good manga from Aku no Hana (Flowers of Evil) author.

technically a cis that change sex would probably become trans because now their body and gender do not align.

But also stumbled at the part we are talking about a wide spectrum that is not that well defined on purpose because talking about human in very strict and designed category is not as cool bro as you think


Same with couple with a transmasc and a cis man, is it Gay is it Hetero ??? nobody care and nobody can tell the couple what they are, only themself can chose and both are correct anyway, and trust me that type of couple happen pretty often that is not an edge case, Anyway all of that to say thing are a spectrum and left vague for a purpose I could continue on how bad and stupid how strict categories are by talking about the spectrum of the tism' and how it made access to help and support way hard for no reason but we are in a Manga Forum
